Domiciliary Care, also commonly known as  home care: This is providing care and support to elderly people in their own homes and need support with their activities of daily living.

  • Brutou Healthcare Limited will focus only on the delivery of domiciliary care for clients and no service is too small or little for us. We will deliver care in as little as one hour or more and home visits per day can also be one or more depending on what our service users want.

  • We will also not only depend on the social care funding but will be willing to provide care for direct payments initiative.

  • Personal Care:

    Our staff will assist and support clients with bathing, brushing of teeth, dressing, grooming, hair care, toileting and emptying catheter bags. Our staff will assist clients with mobility difficulties or limitations transferring from or to the chair, wheelchair, bed, toilet seat or standing up. This is to promote independence
  • Domestic care:

    Our staff can help with laundry: washing, drying, folding of clothes and arrange them. Changing bed sheets and making beds. Cleaning and tidying up: vacuuming and sweeping floor, wiping and dusting surfaces. Cleaning toilets, bath and shower room. This includes grocery shopping.
  • Meal preparation:

    Our staff can help with meal preparation, serve food, assist with feeding and make sure that clients have adequate food and fluid in-take throughout the day. Monitor weight and communicate any concerns with the doctor and responsible family members. This includes washing dishes and keeping the kitchen tidy.
  • Administration of both prescribed and non-prescribed medicines: Our staff will help with organising medicines such as tablets, capsules, liquid for powder form. It will involve reminding clients to take the right medication, right dose and right time according to prescription. Ensure that repeat prescription is ordered and delivered on time to avoid missing doses. Safe storage of medication to misuse. Monitor and report any observing side effects or adverse reactions to medication.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments in hospitals or local doctor: Our staff can arrange transport to appointments
  • Companionship and emotional support: This is for clients who live alone and don’t have regular visits from friends and family members. Staff will engage clients in social activities such as reading, walks, playing games and visits to social and family events. We support with paying bills, social and family events.
  • Carers respite care: This is to relief main carers responsible for loved ones with chronic illness and physical disabilities. The aim to relief loved ones’ care giving duties and support them maintain their mental and physical well-being. Our staff will support clients with required assistance with individual needs and preferences ranging from hours to how long required.
  • Night care: Waking night for clients who need constant assistance and supervision. Sleep-in night for clients who just need staff to sleep in their home for assistance anytime. This type of care package is for clients with chronic or disabilities that requires staff to monitor and assist with physical mobility, medication compliance, personal hygiene, toileting, bowel and bladder care, provide food and fluid.
